Good afternoon !
The situation: we need to change bank details. In Russia there must be 4 lines minimum (1-Bank name, 2- BIC, 3- Correspondence account, 4 -Payment account.
We have faced the following trouble:
1- there are only 3 lines available to fill with bank details.
2- changes of bank details we made (trying ourselves) didn't display properly.
3 - I assume that you did something special with that for us some years ago that's why we cant change it by ourselves.
I could send print screens.

Good Morning,
To help you, we need you to active the technical support acces here :
Settings>Account Settings, then you go down the page Push the Blue Button Tech Support Access and then save.
It's possible you used created personalised Invoices templates to put this informations : did you try those ?
