Plugin activation on Woocommerce

Hello, I cannot activate VosFactures plugin on our Woocommerce, I followed the guide you offered to your customers but, I received this message "Connection test2 (checking the company data) failed - please fill up the data at VosFactures account" could you please tell what should I do? your website is complex and I could not understand what should I do!?
