Hi, We would like to subscribe your plan Basic, but the software gives me information I can not because I'm already using functionalities from the standard. What should I do to subscribe Basic?

Hello,
If you would like to subscribe to Basic plan, your account cannot have functionnalities from the Standard plan. You will have to desactivate the options indicated by the system, and save the changes. After that you will have to click on the "Change account type" button, and then on the "S'abonner" button under the Basic plan. Then you could choose the period of the subscription : 1 month, 12 months, ore more.
