Woocommerce hook to set custom json

Hi there, For some workflow we would like to create a "Devis" instead of "Facture". But it will depends of order properties. We found that we can use json settings "kind":"estimate" but it will create "Devis" for all orders. Is there any VosFactures hook when invoice is generarting (to use in function.php), that we can use to add this json on the fly for specific orders? Thanks a lot for your help
